**Shipping Protection Terms Please Read**

At Nighthawk Brand, we want to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely. Our shipping protection covers the following:

1. **Lost Packages**: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe and is deemed lost, we will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which will include a replacement or a refund. We will Deem the package as lost because Carriers often extended the amount of time before they deem a package as lost. If a replacement is sent and the original package arrives later, you get to keep the replacement and original shipment. 

2. **Damaged Packages**: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage for our records and will work with you to provide a solution, such as a replacement. Photos must include the original packaging in the condition you received it.  If a liquid product leaks, well provide a minimum of a 16 oz bottle to replace lost product, and up to the full amount, if 75% or more of the product is not usable.

**Exclusions**: Please note that our shipping protection does not cover theft. If your package is marked as delivered but is subsequently stolen, we are unable to provide compensation. We recommend taking precautions, such as having packages delivered to a secure location. Exclusions to this will only be applicable at the discretion of Nighthawk Brand LLC.
